  • Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed required sales goals for residential HVAC and oil equipment
    • Develop customer relationships and leads
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Create sales proposals and load calculations
    • Identify cross selling opportunities and drive new sales
    • Determine customer needs and then provide solutions that solve those needs
    • Offer financing options when applicable
    • Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment
    • Ability to upsell optional equipment and products
    • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled
    • Plan, facilitate and execute trade show booths
    • Attend sales and product related training as requested
    • Knowledge of local regulations and requirements

    APPLY FOR POSITION

    Requirements:

    • You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate our customer’s needs (in home calls required)
    • Proven track record in sales
    • HVAC sales experience or HVAC background preferred
    • Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results
    • Attention to detail and computer literacy is a must
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Experience with Wrightsoft load calculation software preferred
    • Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communications
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and positive attitude
    • Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer experience standards
    • Spanish fluency a plus
    • Ability to pass a background and drug screening
    • Valid driver license and clean driving record
    • Must live within 25 miles of Mystic, CT
